# Can I cancel my contract with Energy Nordic?

**We hate goodbyes, but if you decide to leave Energy Nordic, switching is simple. 😢**

Simply choose your new energy supplier, and the switching process will be handled for you.

**Cancellation terms depend on the type of contract you have.**

If you are on our **Flex plan**, you can switch at any time with no additional charges.

If you are on another plan, such as **Fix**, different cancellation conditions may apply depending on your contract terms, particularly if you choose to leave before the agreed contract period has ended.

For full details, please refer to your contract terms or contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.
