I believe my meter readings are wrong, what to do?

A sudden significant increase in your consumption can make you wonder, if we have received the correct meter readings.😕

If you believe that your readings issued to us by the distributor are wrong, we can help you check. You do this by sending us photos of your meter. (1.18.1, 1.18.2 and 1.18.3 for 2.0 TD) (1.18.1 to 1.18.6 for 3.0 TD). Make sure the meter serial number is visible on all the photos provided. We will then open a claim with the distributor on your behalf and have the readings regularised.
